The summer is winding down and the kids are getting ready to hit the books again. There’s only one weekend left, and AAA estimates that 34.4 million Americans will travel at least 50 miles from home to get away one last time. But where are they going?
While we can’t speak for all travellers, if our recent bookings are any indication it looks as though most adventure-seekers are spending their long-weekend within driving distance and saving their vacation time for the colder winter months. We’re happy to report that we’ve already received several bookings for November and beyond. November 6 – 14: The Belize Blast

November 27 – December 8: Costa Rica, The Coast to Coast Adventure

This was the first trip offered by BikeHike in 1994, and continues to sell consistently with several departures year-round.
