If you’ve ever backpacked, you’ve probably met your share of travellers. So then you know what a diverse bunch of misfits we are! No traveler fits into one particular mold. Nevertheless, here are some “traveller types” that might sound familiar:
The Cultural Traveler:
Open-minded, eager, and personable, The Cultural Traveller is fueled by their passion for discovery of people and places.
The Bucketlister:
There’s never enough time for the Bucketlister. To this ambitious traveller, the phrase “been there done that” is warn like a badge of honour.
The Wandering Free Spirit:
To grasp the full spectrum of experiences this world has to offer, the Wandering Free Spirit wants a little taste of everything. Freedom comes with the laid back nature by which they travel.
The Historic Crusader:
Knowledge is the only thing that will quench the thirst of this curious traveller. The Historic Crusader is far from an “armchair historian,” learning everything they can about a place, time, and culture first hand.
The Soft Adventurer:
With a healthy passion for activity and excitement, the Soft Adventurer longs for daily play and nightly comfort.
The Holiday Hound:
The Holiday Hound gets a limited amount of vacation a year and wants to make it count! Enticed by the sun and highly organized, this traveller is in no mood for the traditional 9 to 5.
